Attention now turns to the Warwick & Worcester Ladies County side, who begin their latest campaign tomorrow on Sunday 17 May at Solihull Marsh Lane.

This year’s competition sees W&W grouped alongside Burton & District, Lancashire and Mid Cheshire, in what promises to be a competitive and closely fought series of fixtures.

W&W will kick things off against Burton & District, with the tie played across both home and away legs. The home leg takes place at Solihull Marsh Lane, while the away leg will be played at Stretton No.1 green in Burton, offering a very different test for the side.

With strong opposition in the group, a fast start will be key, and W&W will be looking to set the tone early in their opening match as they aim to build momentum in the competition.

All eyes will be on the squad as they get their campaign underway, with the home crowd at Solihull Marsh Lane set to play its part in what should be a great day of county bowls.
